dsc04774_changed1.jpg On 14th September, SSTU hosted a delegation from Southwest Petroleum University, Sichuan Province, Chinese Peoples Republic. They arrived to meet with professors from Oil and Gas Faculty, representatives of the oil companies of the region and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Samara region. The aim of the foreign guests’ visit was to expand the spheres of cooperation between the Samara region and Sichuan Province.

Southwest Petroleum University is in the top 500 universities in the world. The representatives of the University are primarily interested in academic exchange programs with SSTU students in the following fields: chemical engineering, drilling and development of oil wells.

To get into the exchange program, our students need to acquire at least some basic knowledge of the Chinese language and to demonstrate good English language skills.
